10.Iskcon temple
This is one of the major landmarks of Bangalore. This temple is dedicated to lord Krishna and is adorned with ornate carvings, beautiful murals and gardens. This temple was inaugurated in 1997. This temple is also home to other deities like Balarama, Garudadeva, Narasimha and others. The visitors can attend the pujas and other ceremonies and even enjoy the food at the temple food court. In the evening the puja will be accompanied by bhajans and this is for sure a tranquil experience.
9.Lalbagh Botanical Garden
The Lalbagh Botanical garden is a paradise for nature enthusiasts. It has over 1,800 species of plants and trees spanning across 240 acres. This was established in the 18th century by Hyder Ali and later it was expanded by his son Tipu Sultan. It also has a glass house inside which is modelled after London's crystal palace. This place is a perfect picnic spot where you can spend quality time with your loved ones. Another major highlight of this place is the Lalbagh rock which is basically a prehistoric granite monolith dating back to millions of years. The visitor will be captivated by the display of botanical wonders here. The easiest way to reach Lalbagh is through the metro, take the metro and get down at the Lalbagh metro station which is the green line. From the station the garden is nearly a 3 minute walk.

This is located in the heart of the city and is an architectural gem. It was built in 1791 by Tipu Sultan , hence it has exquisite Indo-Islamic architecture. You can enjoy a stroll through the chambers , explore the museum which has a lot of historical artefacts and just soak in the heritage of this place. This palace was the summer residence for Tipu Sultan. The closest metro station to this palace is the KR Market station and from here you can take an auto or walk. The palace will be open from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

Cubbon park is the lungs of the city and has a tennis academy, museums, library, aquarium, statues and pavilions inside. Cubbon park is spread across 300 acres and is an escape from the urban chaos.This park has a busy road cutting through it and during early morning and evening this place is a paradise for joggers. During spring Cubbon park is a site to witness as the colourful Tabebuia trees will be in full bloom adding a charm to the place. There is no entry charges here and anyone can enjoy their time here.
