Potato and Chicken Casserole

Now, if you know you’re a potato fan, this might just be the recipe for you. It’s a casserole that comes together in a dish that’s not all that complicated to make. It has all of the basic ingredients you can find in a potato recipe and it’s also a chicken recipe that is going to work great with potatoes.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Pour the chopped potatoes into a microwave-safe bowl and cover it with a lid. Microwave the potatoes for 5-10 minutes. This should cook the potatoes until soft.

While the potatoes are cooking, combine 4-5 tablespoons of flour in a pan on medium heat. Add in the onion and garlic and cook them for 5 minutes. Then, stir in the shredded chicken and cook that mixture for 5-10 minutes more.

Add the potatoes and milk to the pan. Let it cook until the chicken and potatoes are tender. Add the salt and pepper to the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and then bake the pan for about 40 minutes. Remove the pan and sprinkle in the shredded cheese. Top the top with more salt and pepper if you want.

Baked Potato Oven Chips

If you’re making baked potato recipes, you might not be in a rush to make this potato recipe. It’s a recipe that can be made a couple of days ahead of time, but you’ll want to make sure you have the oven preheated when you’re ready to make it.

Peel the potatoes and then boil them in a pot of water on the stove. You’ll want to boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes or until they are soft.

Place the boiled potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle in some salt and pepper. You want to do this because you want the olive oil to keep the potatoes from sticking to the pan. Bake the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes. and you have yourself delightful baked potatoes.
