How do I prepare for the UPSC Mains optional subject anthropology?

My background is in economics, therefore when I first started preparing for the UPSC, I was pretty perplexed about the optional. I also did not want to take the similar optional because of the extensive curriculum and difficult study required for it. I then begin researching several fields, shortlisting sociology, and anthropology as the two sets of optional from which I will select one. After doing some quiet research and visualizing the entire syllabus of both topics, I made the decision to choose UPSC's main optional subject anthropology because it interests me more.
