Benny Glaser’s 5th Bracelet Win: A Worthy Addition to His Mixed Game Superstar Résumé

Benny Glaser, a 34-year-old pro from the UK, has hit a major milestone in the poker world: winning his fifth World Series of Poker bracelet. This achievement is remarkable in itself, but it’s even more impressive when you consider the fact that only four other players have reached this benchmark in 2023. Glaser’s recent success includes finishing second in the WPT World Championship in Las Vegas and adding over $3.3 million to his career earnings.

Glaser’s Impressive Mixed Game Results

Glaser’s fifth WSOP win came in the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Championship, adding to his already impressive mixed game results. He won his first-ever bracelet in the $1,500 2-7 event in 2015, and also finished eighth in this year’s $1,500 2-7 Triple Draw. In addition, he has victories in the $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo and $10,000 Razz Championships.

Glaser’s mixed game skills are undeniable, as evidenced by his runner-up finishes in the 2021 $25,000 HORSE event and 2017 $10,000 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo Championship. He’s proven himself to be one of the greatest in the game today.

Glaser’s Reflection on His Recent Win

After his most recent bracelet win, Glaser reflected on where it fits among his many career achievements. He noted that it felt like a bigger deal than his first-ever bracelet win, as he was chip leading coming into Day 3 of the event. Glaser’s WSOP wins stretch back to 2015, but the last six months have been the most financially successful stretch of his career to date.
