Vinay Kumar Has Been Named As Next Ambassador Of India To Russia

Vinay Kumar, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer from the 1992 batch, has been chosen India's next ambassador to Russia. Kumar is now serving as India's Ambassador to Myanmar.
