Most new games can be played on the amd radeon 540 mobile , but you'll need to turn down the levels for a smoother experience. There are upgrade choices available if you want better graphics. When you pair the RX 470 with an Intel Core i3-540 @ 3.07GHz, many games may slow down or lose FPS. With its present 4096 MB RAM, the RX 470 has few problems with newer games when it comes to memory.
Even though the RX 480 is the best mid-range graphics card in the latest GCN 4.0 lineup, it is too expensive for new PC players to buy. On the other hand, the RX 470, which costs $179, is more affordable. AMD's xx70 cards have always had low prices and speed close to that of mid-range cards, especially when they were overclocked. After a lot of tests, we know for sure that the RX 470 keeps up with this trend.

The RX 470's gaming performance was very good. Compared to the R7 370, it regularly gave much higher frame rates. It's a good idea to think about upgrading. At 1080p Full HD resolution, we got frame rates between 62 and 69 fps in games like Battlefield V, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Resident Evil 2, Strange Brigade, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, with an average of about 66 fps.
In Valorant, we got frame rates of about 87 fps in 1440p Quad HD, and the game ran smoothly the whole time. In Valorant, we were able to get frame rates of around 76 fps at a resolution of 2160p 4K, which was also pretty constant.
The RX 470 comes between the R9 290 and the GTX 780 in terms of performance. It is 1.2% slower than the R9 290 but 10% faster than the GTX 780. It works about the same as the R9 290. But it is a lot slower than the GTX 960, which is its main competitor. When compared to its higher-end version, the RX 480, the RX 470 is more than 20% slower.
