Godrej Properties constructed the Mediterranean-themed Godrej MSR City township in Shettigere, Devanahalli, Bangalore. There are 4000 upscale residences there, ranging in size from 1186 to 1876 square feet and featuring two to three bedrooms. The starting price is INR 1.18 crores. The pre-launch pricing is Rs. 11,000/sq. ft. until April 23, 2025. After construction begins, it will go to Rs. 12,500 per square foot. Residents will be able to move in by March 2030, with the project scheduled to start on April 5, 2025. It will be a tranquil, opulent place to live with 31 buildings, 20 acres of green space, over 40 amenities, and quick access to the airport and tech centres.
