The term refers to the liberation of women from socio-economic restraints of reliance. Women comprise around 50% of the country's population, and a bulk of them stays economically dependent on each other without employment.

Personal Dream-One of our personal dreams is to run a marathon in Antarctica. Running is a key part of my work-life balance. She started running approx 10 years ago. Running is time. She love being outdoors and being in nature. Initially, she was just running a couple of miles here and there, but then she was inspired by a close friend who has run multiple marathons. She said, you should consider running the Cape Cod Marathon. She was very hesitant at first but within a year of that, she ran my first half marathon. She has run many marathons and half-marathons since then, and hopes to continue.
