INTRODUCTION

Gaming laptops always force you to make sacrifices, whether in processing power, screen size, portability, etc.  It's only basic physics that a CPU+GPU combination requiring 600 W can't fit in a chassis measuring less than an inch in thickness. Laptops can get too hot to play games on, therefore manufacturers need to find a solution to lower their power usage when being used for prolonged periods of time.(acer predator helios 500 17 amd)

For gamers, we recommend the Acer Predator Helios 500 17 AMD, a fantastic machine with a gorgeous screen. Not only do we love the sweeping RGB lighting that stretches from the keyboard to the touchpad and is reminiscent of a Lamborghini Hybrid Sián Roadster, but the speakers also emit a swooping screech whenever the device is turned on.

Overclockable 11th Generation Intel Core i9 processor, 64GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU, and more are just some of the features of the Acer Predator Helios 500 17 AMD, the specifications of which are detailed below.

Building and Planning

If you're looking for a powerful gaming laptop that can replace your desktop computer, go no further than the Acer Predator Helios 500 17 AMD. Most gaming laptops are red and black, but this one features a black chassis, a dark purple metal lid with a silver Predator logo, and silver AeroBlade 3D fans for cooling.

Its metal and plastic build makes it stand out visually from the Helios 300.It's not like other metal-bodied laptops like the Razer Blade 15 and Asus ROG Zephyrus S.

The Acer Predator Helios 500 17 AMD is a 17-inch gaming workstation with slightly larger-than-average dimensions of 1.5 by 16.9 by 11.7 inches (HWD).  When compared to the Helios 500, the 17-inch Alienware 17 R5 is thicker and heavier, measuring in at 1.18 by 16.7 by 13.1 inches and weighing in at 9.02 pounds.

Connectivity connectors The Acer Predator Helios 500 17 AMD has a generous selection of connectors for a variety of connections.  Two USB 3.0 Type A ports, jacks for headphones and a microphone, and a Kensington lock slot can be found on the device's right side.

On the left side of the device, you'll find a Mini Display port, an HDMI port, a USB-Type A port, and a pair of USB-C Thunderclap ports.

Users of DSLR cameras who typically transfer their files on laptops may be surprised to learn that an SD card port is not here. Connectivity from a distance is provided by 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and a hardwired Ethernet connection.

Display resolution is Full High-Definition (1920 x 1080) at 360 hertz. The trailers have stunningly vivid colors, great saturation and sharpness, and a consistent level of crispness.

Tearing is a common form of twisting that appears in video games if the screen attempts to assemble another casing to the screen before the first casing has fully rendered.

The previous one was very well put together, but now there are confusing elements on the screen.

Audio

There are two speakers in the Acer Predator Helios 500 AMD, one on either side of the front lightbar. When you switch on the speakers, the sound will be loud and clear, but there won't be any low end or thump. It typically includes a DTS Sound Unbound app to enhance audio quality. No matter what sound mode you select (Music, Voice, PRG), the audio seems lacking in bass.

The Keyboard and Touchpad for the Acer Predator Helios 500 with AMD

A full-sized keyboard with blue arrow keys is one of its features. The PredatorSense software allows you to customize the keyboard's lighting, however the keyboard and touchpad both come pre-set with a blue haze backlight.

The mood you get from the keyword as a whole will never let you down. The physical deck is huge, and I found it comfortable to type on; the keys have sufficient movement, and even my gigantic hands were able to achieve a high level of proficiency.

Despite its diminutive size, the touchpad is perfectly adequate for two-finger scrolling, pinch-and-zooming, and three-finger tapping.
