We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Chris  Johnson to the role of Manager. Chris has been an integral part of Total Automotive since joining in 2013, and his leadership has been instrumental in our continued success. As part of his promotion, Chris has enrolled in the Management Performance Group at the Institute for Automotive Business Excellence, further enhancing his skills to lead our growing team.

As we expand, we’ve added two new service advisors, as well as four full-time technicians and one part-time general service technician. To support this growth, we are upgrading the workstations for our service advisors and creating a new office for Chris in his new management role.

To ensure we are always providing the most up-to-date services, we are excited to introduce ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration to our suite of services. This new technology will allow us to service modern vehicles with the latest safety systems, keeping our customers safer on the road.

In line with our commitment to sustainability and efficiency, we have upgraded all the lighting in our shop area to energy-saving LED lighting through a grant program. This upgrade not only reduces our energy consumption but also provides a brighter, safer workspace for our technicians.

Our customer waiting area has also undergone a transformation, featuring new paint, furniture, and signage to ensure a more comfortable and welcoming experience for our valued customers.
